Journal Voucher एक महत्वपूर्ण Accounting Voucher है जिसका Shortcut Key F7 होता है। इसका उपयोग मुख्य रूप से Adjustment Entries, Transfer Entries, Depreciation Entries तथा अन्य Non-Cash Transactions को रिकॉर्ड करने के लिए किया जाता है।

Journal Voucher में क्या कार्य किए जाते हैं?

1. Outstanding Expense Entry
   जब कोई खर्च (Expense) बकाया हो लेकिन उसका भुगतान अभी तक नहीं किया गया हो।
   
   उदाहरण: Salary देना बाकी है ₹5,000
   
   Entry:
   Salary A/c Dr.
   To Outstanding Salary A/c
2. Depreciation Entry
   किसी Asset की Value कम दिखाने के लिए Depreciation Entry की जाती है।
   
   Entry:
   Depreciation A/c Dr.
   To Machinery A/c
3. Transfer Entry
   एक Account से दूसरे Account में राशि Transfer करने के लिए।
4. Adjustment Entry
   Financial Year के अंत में आवश्यक Adjustments करने के लिए।

Journal Voucher में Cash/Bank क्यों नहीं आता?

• Cash Payment के लिए Payment Voucher (F5) का उपयोग किया जाता है।
• Cash Receive करने के लिए Receipt Voucher (F6) का उपयोग किया जाता है।
• Journal Voucher मुख्य रूप से Adjustment और Non-Cash Entries के लिए उपयोग किया जाता है।
