General

1. Maintain accounts only

Tally में "Maintain Accounts Only" एक बेहद महत्वपूर्ण फीचर है। इसका मुख्य काम Tally को यह बताना है कि आप इस कंपनी में केवल पैसों का हिसाब-किताब (Financial Accounting) रखना चाहते हैं, न कि स्टॉक या सामान (Inventory) का।
जब आप इस ऑप्शन को चालू (Yes) करते हैं, तो Tally में निम्नलिखित बदलाव होते हैं:
केवल Accounting entries कर सकते हैं
Inventory (Stock) feature बंद हो जाता है
Stock Item, Godown आदि नहीं दिखते
इसका उपयोग कहाँ होता है? यह option उन Business में उपयोग होता है
सिर्फ हिसाब-किताब रखना हो
Stock maintain नहीं करना हो
Service business हो

Create Company
Maintain = Accounts Only चुनें
Save करें
Example
Coaching Center
Computer Institute
Consultancy Office
इनमें Stock नहीं होता, इसलिए Accounts Only उपयोग किया जाता है।

2. Integrate accounts and inventory

Purchase और Sales करने पर Stock अपने-आप अपडेट होता है।
Closing Stock अपने-आप Profit & Loss और Balance Sheet में आ जाता है।
अलग से Closing Stock एंट्री नहीं करनी पड़ती।
Inventory और Accounts दोनों एक साथ manage होते हैं।
Example
मान लो:
100 सामान खरीदा ₹1000
50 सामान बेच दिया
तो Tally अपने-आप:
Remaining Stock = 50 दिखाएगा
Closing Stock की value भी Accounts में जोड़ देगा।
अगर “No” करें तो?
Accounts और Inventory अलग-अलग काम करेंगे।
Stock की value Profit & Loss में automatic नहीं आएगी।
Closing Stock manually डालना पड़ेगा।
इसे कहाँ से Enable करते हैं?
Gateway of Tally → F11 Features → Accounting Features →
Integrate Accounts and Inventory = Yes
सरल भाषा में
Yes = Stock + Accounts दोनों automatic जुड़े रहेंगे
No = Stock और Accounts अलग-अलग रहेंगे
अधिकतर दुकानों और business में इसे Yes रखा जाता है।

तब Credit Note बनाते हैं।

खरीदे हुए सामान वापस करने के लिए
Purchase Return हो
तब Debit Note बनाते हैं।

1. Print किए गए Bill को Professional बनाना

3. Reports और Pay Slip में Logo लगाना
बिल में लोगो कैसे लगाए
step 1 Gateway of Tally खोलें
step 2 F11 का बटन कीबोर्ड से दबाए
step 3 Accounting Features खोलें
step 4 Enable Company Logo = Yes करें
step 5 Logo की image path दें
Example: D:\logo.jpg
Save करें
इसके बाद Invoice print करने पर Logo दिखाई देगा।
जरूरी बातें
Logo .jpg या .bmp format में होना चाहिए
Recommended size: 96 × 80 pixels
